actually, dm teaches u almost nothing as a large part of the fights are unrealistic, its a good way to warmup to get used to how the movement of the game feels but you absolutely should not spam it unless ur a high radiant

thats the right way to think of it, I recommend doing the RAMP warmup before playing
good playlist that takes 15 mins and isnt only a warmup but also improves ur aim
