Tbh Brazil and LATAM need another team in tier 1 just to allow more of the talent in those regins to develop at the highest level rather then the same 10 ppl. We all MIBR are borderline retarded so they dont even rlly count as a team in Brazil, and LEV cannot even really be considered LATAM anymore.
