Can we just start a petition for riot to implement game changers EMEA format in every region. It's just so much better than the triple open qualifier system thats currently used in NA, BR etc.

• Instead of needing the top GC teams to requalify for every stage, they'd auto-qualify for the next one. The 2 worst from the group stage get relegated to contenders.
• Its more enjoyable to watch, because there are only top teams in the main stage. The matchups are better. Right now you have to wait like 3/4 matches until a top GC team in NA faces some actual competition.
• I really like the group stage into playoffs format how it is rn, the group stage lasted 12 days and you were able to watch every single game! None of the matches were at the same time. This way every matchup gets spotlight. No overlapping games means we don't have to choose which match to watch.
• The other teams play in contenders for a spot in the main event (which also brings more attention to those teams, instead of seeing them lose 13-2 to Flyquest every qualifier). Contenders happened last week and I rly enjoyed watching KC GC fight for a return to main stage.

I understand that this format would struggle in some regions like SEA or korea/japan, since they dont have that many GC teams. I do think this format would make NA and BR sm better to watch as a viewer.

mel said that they spoke to the leo guy (head of esports) and he said it was fine for VCL, she said this multiple times on her stream

G2 has been struggling a bit this year. TL as well, but they look a bit stronger imo. The odds are still pretty close tho, I think it can go either way.
