Gambit has had a total of 1160 practices/scrimmages in the whole year. On average 3.2 times a day, no wonder they are so consistent.
Acend scrummed a total of 648 scrimmages in the whole year before champs. On top of that they won 460 of them.

The amount of respect they showed to each other during and after the game is incredible. For me this is what esports is about, bring together some nerdy gamers over a single game to see who is better. Sure things can get heated but the love and passion both teams showed makes me feel so good. Gambit is one of the most humble and respectful teams. They did not rub their win into kru and instead showed them so much respect. Kru did not have any sore loser mentality and congratulated gambit. Honestly this is everything I could’ve asked for as a valorant fan. Upsets right and left. Close matches almost everytime. Although some things could’ve been better, I think this is a damn good first grand final tournament. Can’t wait for the future of Val.
