freeze the bench* 🥶

posted about a year ago

Don’t go warm the bench with this type of talent.

Maybe he should play the streamlabs role

Take a look at the combined might of the Americas region. Imagine we stop the infighting and unite against the pretentious EMEA region. Let’s work together, not apart. #AMERICASFIGHTING

Aspas and less are good looking dudes. Everyone else is average tbh.

Never disrespect Sacy like that. Or zekken or pancada

After this feeling he has once again being on that stage, he might have changed his mind

Another large difference: X-Factor in high intensity clutch situations. You either have it or you don’t

Get a solid jett from Tier 2-3 and allow victor to play Raze/Neon when needed and otherwise flex. I believe this will help. They need firepower sorely

DaZeD is so un-dedi, he shows up every beginning of each year and streams for a week and then goes ghost

100T will need to clean house and build around bang and maybe stellar, NRG will need a new duelist, EG needs to clean house and build around ethan and demon1 possibly BcJ but idk his situation. Tokyo might be wraps but we can end strong.

One guy = LOUD fans

That is where all the talent is hiding. Our franchise teams are full to the brim with frauds. These two runi and jakee guys came from the depths of nowhere and are actually Tier1 player material. Demon1 is nearly the best player on EG (ethan prob still better). We will suck until that next trade window opens but I think these tier 99 players showing out will make orgs take chances now.

posted about a year ago

Thanks Luffy, how soon do you think before you can get it fixed?

posted about a year ago

Where are the stats for the LOUD v SEN game? VLR pls fix

posted about a year ago

phenomenal

posted about a year ago

runi mechanics >>> vanity mechanics so that's a clear upgrade. Imagine if C9 had Skuba instead of jakee though (he's alright but nothing special)

nice try Boo, get them next time champ

I don't know if any of you have gone scuba diving before, but if you do be sure to check your scuba regulators and make sure they are not clogged. A clogged regulator will hold back Oxygen which is dangerous. Here's a YouTube video for some more info. Stay safe fellas! 🤿

you're not Chronicle lil bro

Americas really could have used that slot. Who knows how much teams can improve by next Masters. Then you have more solid teams with a shot.

The next tournament will be packed with EMEA

DEATHMATCH STATS
mwzera - 86% win rate (thats the insaniest thing ive seen in a while)
cNed - stats not availiable
TenZ - 73% win rate

RANKED STATS
mwzera - 66.3% winrate (MVP of 95% of the matches) proof here https://imgur.com/StiJmpg
cNed - 53.5% winrate (MVP of 13% of the matches)
TenZ - 60.4% winrate (MVP of 15% of the matches)

can you take your time to appreciate how insane mwzera is? without a doubt the most talented player to ever touch the game

I'll try to explain briefly why I think he is the best player in the world
Despite his insane aim and movement
The best way to know if a player is a good duelist is RAZE. There is a BIG difference between a good duelist and a jett abuser
If he is a good duelist, he needs to be good with raze.

heat? not good with raze
aspas? not good with raze
xand? not good with raze
tenz? not good with raze
cned? not good with raze
scream? not good with raze
d3ffo? not good with raze
derke? not good with raze

EMEA is a large region, and whenever any EMEA team wins, the whole of the region (or should I just say all Europeans) group together in cheering that they have all achieved something. Regardless of the team consists of mostly CIS players or whatever the case, some kids in Sweden will be happy for the achievement. But us Americas fans are at odds with each other instead of rejoicing in our accomplishments as a region. Americas needs to stop this petty beefing and join forces against the massive EMEA fanbase which claims any success as the success of the whole region.

Every year there is a sova or two that you can argue is better than crashies but he remains up there each year so definitely a GOAT sova player

flowerful did very good she went crazy in the finals and overall through the tourney. She posted like 326 kills over the tourney. Shout out to mary for sure but I think flowerful did better. Team let her down big time, that was tough scenes.

Two bad first maps but he cleans up

stop trying to jinx

21% is not very low anyways, overall in his career he gets around 20%

stax is insane he actually outdid crashies for the series overall, but crashies was nasty on bind

very very absurd, +15, hopefully he keeps form here on out

jett = soldier boy, chamber = homelander

posted about a year ago

I think any meta where an agent seems like a must pick becomes boring. Jett meta was boring, astra meta was ULTRA boring, and chamber meta is becoming boring but honestly he seems less like a must pick nowadays than astra or jett was. I see chamber outlasting all these metas though since riot has no real intentions of nerfing him harshly.

I like victor but my opinion overall is that ever since yay joined he fell into deep inconsistency, if he plays well AND yay plays well I don't see anybody beating optic in that type of game though

posted about a year ago

crashies and marved playing well, FNS is fns, and victor shits the bed alot anyways

posted about a year ago

lost map 1 pretty convincingly + very grindy wins even against thrifty rounds

EG game displaying how OpTic look when yay underperforms. Guy is dying to shorties at the moment

Very true, I just find Gambit to be a very consistently good team and I'm not sold on 100T pulling a comeback like that again. Then again, maybe they wouldn't even need a comeback. Either way we are going to get some exciting games man I'm hyped

posted about 2 years ago

So many teams showed that they can compete and with some changes and improvements even get to playoffs or win in these tournaments. All the regional memes aside, Valorant competitive scene is very exciting right now. My fav teams atm are SEN, ENVY, and Gambit. F the region bias, either Gambit or SEN could take this tourney.

nitr0: Damn do you guys remember how good cNed was in CS back when I won the grand slam?

Ethan: No, I don't...

nitr0: Yeah, me neither

Very chilling scenes

G2 is just better. Vision Strikers vs G2 finals.

As a SEN fan I am vomitting and crying right now. Very important match and SEN just lose like this. I cannot continue supporting this line up. Please SEN, disband and reform with a lineup that includes YaBoiDre. Sad to see SEN go out the tournament like this.

It's not quite that duelists have to carry or sentinels need to be bottom frag, that's quite extreme. But, in the current meta that is observable by the vast majority of Tier 1 teams you notice that duelists trend towards the top of scoreboard in perfomance and sentinels trends towards the bottom. You can list off all the tier 1 teams and you'll notice that is true. This is just my observation about Gambit, they seemed to have that trend flipped in their previous performances. But in this match, it went right back to what we normally see. The duelists are in fact near the top and the sentinels are in fact below them. It's not about "right vs. wrong", it's just how things are normally playing out right now in Valorant.

posted about 2 years ago

Before this LAN, I always thought d3ffo was weak in his role as a Jett compared to other Tier 1 teams and that nAts overperformed in his Sentinel role. Here in Berlin so far, it seems that things went back to what you would expect and d3ffo showed a lot of skills while nAts went to what you would expect from a Sentinel player performance (still good, just not hard carry nAts from online). Excited for this 3rd map against 100T

Yes some people did. But we needed grandfinals to be sure.
