i figured that out already because there isnt a single trophy winning team this year whose players can only play one role, eg? his duelists can literally play smokes on S tier level and his initiators can adapt well to other roles also and their igl sentinel can also play OP and controllers, on fnatic you have leo who can main anything, derke who can play all duelists, alfajer who can play all roles (maybe not controller) and chronicle who literally mains all agents, and even boaster can play all roles (except duelist ofc)
