Not defending India but I have seen similar things from many regions including brazil
I guess every country have such animals and nothing can be done about it

But you must also realize that India is not currently a competitive region.
Even I would like to watch Indian players on stage, but not if they are going to lose every match like DFM

The best Indian team with 2 imports (from Phillipines) literally dominated the whole region last year, they hardly lost one or two Bo3.
Then, the same team (who dominated VCSA) just lost 0-4 in the group stage of Ascension.
