They had an early exit from Stage 2 APAC VCT and have been on a break since, no practice, no tournaments. They're playing a tournament soon tho, which is the bleed summer invitational if I'm not mistaken.

I have so high expectations from champions Istanbul. I want it to have a sold out good crowd with a banger song and marketing with the most beautiful stage in all of esports with the most clouted teams playing and winning and the viewership peaking at an all time high amongst the FPS titles. Hopefully atleast 60-70% of them are fulfilled, I'm so hyped

Roster lock ended 2 days ago. Some teams didn't announce yet doesn't mean they don't have players. Only M3C, Liquid and Guild have not announced yet and we know that they're getting Jady, Dimasick and Twisten respectively

Yes I don't have a problem with that unless they're for sub regions and have atleast 8-10 teams. Even fewer would work for some of the regions, especially in asia
I personally want VRLs to be there for every sub region with promotion & relegation system. Like, the global events will have teams coming from franchised leagues and 1 or 2 from the VRLs.
Or, no promotion relegation and just completely different global events for VRL teams from across the world.
This would definitely solve the problem that there are too few events in the year.

Skyesports is notorious for view botting lol, the shit anthem that they released had 40k views in 4 days and 400k in 5 days with less than 10k likes. Their sponsor rooter is also known for heavy viewbotting. That VLT GE game probably got like 400k organic views AT MAX.
SR have always been really underrated (probably because they have the least clout out of all the NA teams). They have been one of the very few consistent teams in NA since last year, with the likes of XSET, Optic/envy etc. Other teams enter and leave the top 8 but LG has been there since long. I trust them.
Navi has also shown a lot of potential earlier in challengers, they have some really insane players in the form of cloud and 7ssk7. They also had a lot of time to practice and study other teams, I want them to do well
Prediction: The teams that people are underestimating so much will do insanely well in LCQ.

Vietnam valorant is super dead. I don't think that EMEA big region system would work here, firstly because we don't have any huge viewership regions except for JP, SA and TH. So these 3 regions would be guaranteed a slot and other slots would be filled by orgs who satisfy riot's criteria, that's what I think
It's a league mf, SA team would be there for the whole season (which would be atleast 2-3 month long), even if we don't make playoffs
