we need more south america

posted about a year ago

so we are downplaying prime gambit now

2021 sentinels only have 1 player in tier 1

2022 optic has 2 free agents

it just happens with time

gambit has 4 of their players still in tier 1 and the other in tier 2 with their coach in tier 1

so they had a controversy against the worst team in the tournament.

after that game vivo keyd went on to lose to x10 and acend went on to dismantle envy, the finalist at the previous event

posted about a year ago

acend had to beat prime gambit, prime Scream, envy which was literally just optic, and they did the last two without dropping a map

I will be ready. Shanghai proved to me they are top 3 itw

kid is freshly 18 playing the best apac team ever, ofc he was able to farm NA easier. hop off his teenaged meat. not even a duelist player

i always hated on ap1c but now i cant hate on all of them. Gen G is a really amazing team and is by far the best team of 2024. They choked madrid but thats okay, it was their first intl as a team.

This team is rlly fucking good, crazy aimers, great util, great map pool, amazing innovative ideas, strong protocols, like this is an all time great valorant team.

They are the by far most deserving team for this masters, in fact id say they are the only deserving team as all the other competition was flukey or inconsistent while with Gen G you can just see the quality in all they do.

Congratulations to Solo and HSK for building this roster, but also for building this TEAM, cause those are not the same.

Congratulations to all members of the team, but i want to focus on Lakia and T3xture.

Lakia who had to endure injuries and complications with his career (DRX), from originally being a top performer at the first Valorant international event, he has fought his way back to the top, winning international before DRX did.

And T3xture, he had to deal with playing for Gl*bal Esports for an entire year!?? They put this insane sniper on Killjoy to accommodate so SkRossi could op instead. Despite playing for that terrible org he still managed to fight back and win a Masters the very next year.

I have little doubt in my mind that they will be back at another final in Champions Seoul, in front of their home crowd. I don't necessarily believe they will win, but I think the home crowd buff can give them the wind in their sails to provide them that Champions trophy. Not that they need it for my respect as one of the greatest valorant teams ever, they already surpassed DRX, fuck DRX.

Also fuck Paper Rex shitty ass thrower team, Gen G better than Paper Rex ever was.

posted about a year ago

2/8 coulda been better after he did bad for a map or had a bad k/d

posted about a year ago

no way. tbf very few good casters got sent anyway but damn for a grand final is crazy

posted about a year ago

okay well i like neon too

posted about a year ago

he has tp so he can traverse this massive ass map

posted about a year ago

comp 1 the idea is because the map is so big you need to get around and neon/yoru can just spam e around the map no problem mega rotates, or you drop breach/sova and add skye cypher cause cypher might be a must pick

posted about a year ago

NEON
YORU
BREACH
SOVA
HARBOR
or drop breach/sova for skye/cypher

NEON
BREACH
SOVA
HARBOR
CYPHER

thoughts?

edit: i am stupid and i meant new map metas for the patch not for abyss oopsie

posted about a year ago

exactly, 2023 emea was actually so dogshit compared to americas 2023 but still took 2/3 trophies because they built one fantastic team whereas americas had talent spread throughout

cryo on 100t, zekken and tenz on sen, keznit on kru, kingg on lev, leaf on c9 etc

china doesnt have a region attached to it so when i look for chinese stats i cant filter out other regions cause china has no region even tho i think they do

pls fix i wanna see chinese player stats even if its just k/d

posted about a year ago

well my fav really is late registration, its just such a good consistent album. sometimes i flip flop and say the life of pablo is my favourite but late registration is always at least top 2 or 3

posted about a year ago

fpx didnt have a life run

also yeah ur right that is how my post reads. mostly i just think its interesting how emea has the same amount (or more if they win) relative success in this game despite not being better and not displaying better performance

posted about a year ago

i usually like sentinelmain377 but he is highkey geeking rn defending this 2024 emea > pacific opinion

posted about a year ago

yeah fuck edward gaming im gonna edit that in

posted about a year ago

fraudmine corp trash, lulquid trash, gm8s trash, vitality trash, giantx trash

koi goated

karmine corp deserved 4th or 5th and thats what they got which shows emea isnt that deep, neither is pacific tho but still

no i agree with you

lost to gen g and team heretics in swiss

14-16, 7-13 and 16-14 vs gg

4-13, 13-6 and 15-17 vs team heretics

they lost insanely close games to best two teams in the tourney

i was hyping them a lot pre shanghai, i said theyd get 4th and make a run at shanghai

i dont think i was wrong to believe in them, just very unlucky. at champs they will be china 1 seed and have a better time

they were owning edward gaming shitty ass team but lost one fluke series and gave them the one seed. fuck shitty ass edward gaming, embarrassment to china

posted about a year ago

they didnt get last. fuck you mommymilk

i said americas is better
