sen was definitely the pick to make
yeah :( kamo pulled crazy stuff to bring that to ot
i only wish we had a different veto. we couldve picked into their weak ascent or icebox but cest la vie
i can only hope for champions now and to replace serial before then.
TL STARXO
TL TREXX
TL SEVIRE
TL CHADI
TL SHEYDOS
of all the ways to lose :(
king kamo carrying his team to the greatest and largest comeback in vct history
but all to get fucked in overtime
the only time i saw a team i rooted for win a trophy was when the team had zeek (enterprise challengers and 2021 champions)... rise, faze, gonext, koi, tsm, liquid, and whoever else all fell short
if liquid replace serial with someone good then king kamo will knock everyone down in champions.
until then i am cheering for the other king of emea, kaajak. the best player in the world, king kaajak, who will extend his reign of europe into toronto.
6 man rosters have been used since 2021
but liquid in 2025 were the first to actually win a series internationally with 6 players
braindead
nats compliments kamos mental and u can see in team talks kamo has a better mental than a couple of his teammates
and if u think his aim is tier 2 u just dont have eyes
serial actually looks out of place, not to mention hes not a big part of the calling
yeah britain only has one good init player and even hes already unemployed in val
actually soulcas is probably better
no but the best can be like decent
keiko/ardiis/lime/boaster/bumjy
yeah lotus is definitely a possible weak point, their lotus was good and cool but was only possible with tejo

detroit is so nice 😍
Requirements:
on birth control 👅👅
That is all thank u
if we dont drop serial i would prefer the 6 man roster
i think we should replace serial
i actually think adding penny and making 6man roster is an upgrade, regardless of the practice situation. its kind of hard to play haven and pearl with the original 5.
i would want liquid to sign a brand new player who can play initiator. either they can become the flex or become the recon and pati becomes the flex
players i thought of are sevire, starxo (prob too expensive), davih (prob too expensive), chadi (maybe not good enough off duelist), and zeek (already on the ascension favourite so taking him is kinda awkward for all parties)
chichoo, pancada, zeek, demon1, zekken, fns, crashies, marved, saadhak and shao > ethan
KAAJAK WINS MVP OF TORONTO WOOOOOOOOOOOO
GENG 3-2 G2
unless im wrong........
liquid are the first team to utilize a 6 man roster in a series AND win in an international event
many teams have had 6 man rosters, or swapped in players mid event, but liquid beating mibr today was the first time it resulted in a win
teams like crazy racoon and vision strikers have won games while fielding a 6 man roster, but didnt have a 6th player take the stage in their wins, only their losses
so the history does not support liquid making a run..
liquid beats fnatic
also guys u dont need to predict a score
he was mvp of berlin
also best player on gambit in champs where they nearly won
oh yeah i shouldve mentioned he can go neon/phx too
all 3 options are very good
dont promote self harm under my post pls
but i actually have an interview soon...
this is probably one of the most interesting team dynamics ive ever seen in valorant. definitely the first team to have one like this.
on short notice the team has practice on some maps with one player, and some with another player. however, it is not like a typical 6 man roster where its all planned practice to allow the rotating players to shine. it is with randomness because of prepping with some players on some days for some maps for some opponents.
todays icebox was weird, because they could have easily just played with serial and went kamo on jett/gekko and serial on kj, but instead they did what seemed to be forcing kamo chamber to make everyone comfortable. i can only speculate as to why, but thankfully it worked out
also on todays sunset was also interesting, they could have played a similar comp to last time, where i would only suggest swapping keiko and pennys role (penny iso and keiko omen). this one is maybe easier to imagine the reasoning. they probably didnt like the iso comp and if penny isnt on duelist there isnt a good agent for him on sunset, as it would either be breach, omen, cypher or viper, or smth similar.
but anyway im gonna think of some comps that i would WANT liquid to play, although some of these i dont think will happen. maybe this will help me imagine what maps liquid will be strong on for the rest of the event
ASCENT: this one is pretty easy, they were inconsistent regionally but they have a lot of practice with double senti already and this is one of the best maps for it
yoru - kamo
sova - pati
omen - keiko
deadlock - serial
cypher - nats
i am confident serial plays with a similar comp to this
HAVEN: this map was awful for liquid with serial, often playing some shitty double senti comp and the viper comps didnt go well either. they could do a viper comp similar to GEN.Gs but id prefer double duelist with penny
yoru - kamo
neon - penny
sova - pati
omen - keiko
cypher - nats
i am confident penny plays with a similar comp to this (like penny iso or the last comp they used)
ICEBOX: the result vs mibr was very good, but i have an aversion to chamber. i also think theres some issue with kamos jett on this map, since it seems they always shy away from picking it
gekko - kamo
kayo - pati
harbor - keiko
viper - nats
kj - serial
i doubt serial plays icebox but he should
LOTUS: theres very little to go off with this map, i think a double duelist option could be strong but the default comp is probably best
raze - kamo
fade - pati
omen - keiko
viper - nats
kj - serial
hard to say who plays this one
PEARL: with so little time to practice u need a permaban and u might as well keep it as pearl, but it can be one of their best maps with penny imo
yoru - kamo
jett - penny
fade - pati
astra - keiko
vyse - nats
they prob keep banning pearl for a while but this is a clear pick if they want to play it imo
SPLIT: very strong map so i can understand changing nothing, but i just think penny is better than serial and he fits very well here
yoru - kamo
raze - penny
fade - pati
omen - keiko
viper - nats
probably serial playing instead
SUNSET: i was very surprised liquid picked this, i think they only picked it because mibr got rolled on it the day prior. otherwise i think sunset will be liquids worst map during this event.
neon - kamo
sova - pati
omen - keiko
viper - nats
cypher - serial
they likely keep this comp
TL;DR: liquid has rlly unorthodox situation and will be very interesting to watch develop. i think penny should play 3 maps in a double duelist with kamo, and serial the other 4 either as a second senti with nats or a sole senti when nats is on viper.
but without pati we would be locked into playing solo initiator every map?
teams are more complex than trying to get the 5 highest rated players u can.
if lohan or yaotzin ever want to try a double init comp (which is the long standing meta on sunset, ascent and haven) they just cant, or they have to put penny/serial on it
u couldnt think i meant for pati...
i want to ditch this weird 6 man roster stuff and get someone who can play the initiator alongside pati
liquid should take whichever one they can
why demon1 above other cmvps like zeek or pancada?
maybe something in quebec would be nice, but toronto?? im taking the first plane back
but in this masters you dont get the consolation prize of at least visiting a nice new city
i gotta watch him more but his agent pool and stats look perfect
and i think hes cheaper than some other options
im just saying that na fans should be humble and respect their sa bros, because without them then emea would be their superior
i really wish it was wolves
but anyway kamo will knock them down :D
i want
-serial -penny +sevire if possible
and for academy
-rexxtoned +serial
🤔
WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS 🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺
uhhh this is not the story of johnqt? did u make it up?
johnqt went to canada originally for education, not valorant.
he played for tier 3 and free agent teams in na, he didnt always play tier 2 val in na
he did NOT leave mena because he 'didnt get a chance' in valorant
i think u misunderstood.
its just not to throw stones from a glass house
emea last win: mid 23
amer last win: early 24
amer last win without emea import: late 23
well right now we have fnatic, liquid and m8
u mean american like na? because he went morocco to canada originally
