i think most people already know that map pool is the main thing to differentiate teams in valorant, but this is maybe a fun example to think abt or smth to stress the value of a good veto even more

if fnatic banned sunset instead of ascent vs geng they would have very likely seen prx in the upper final, rather than the grands with the disadvantage of no ban
so if fnatic changed their veto slightly vs geng, it couldve changed their entire event, and stopped them from having to deal with the eventual disadvantage for coming from lowers
