Use YT tutorials to learn new agent tricks (try to focus to learn well one agent at time, to masterize it) use some hours in Spike Rush or Custom Game alone) to train the line-ups, etc.
TIP: Since you said that your the "worst" in your team, try to masterize Sage/Sova/Skye/Fade 1st, cause they're good to help teammates to make plays giving great support to them.
Since you want to aim better, spend some time in Range (to train gun spray, counter-strafe, etc) and Deathmatches (to train aim positioning in maps)

In first Masters, I put PRX way down on my tier lists (Most cause that I don't follow APAC scene so much), but after watching they playing their first game in playoffs against DRX, I've totally changed my mind, even them losing to DRX in Upperbracket
They playstyle is WAAAAY different of "w+shoot rush" that some people think... they actually do it, but in a smart way of using this strat, only to explode into bombsite after set-in every utility and player positioning.
But, as you said, their negative point is that they are kind of momentum based team, if they lose 3-4 rounds in a row, it's really difficult for them to make a come back (specially when they're playing against Astra, that can slowdown them very easily)
Ascent don't need a complete rework, just some small changes, especially in mid (that closed angles before the pizza stairs sucks) and garage (it's terrible to push there if the enemy team isn't in eco round (i don't know what to change, but it's terrible)
I would put dg after mw and heat, but I can clearly understand your POV
