for real... I think 50hp for self-heal and 100hp for teammates is pretty okay, mainly due to sage players normally plant the spike and get hit by 2763 different damage abilities (Shock darts, Raze HE, Viper's, Brim's, Phoenix's and KJ mollys, etc)
