Introduce injuries, this would give more opportunity to youngsters to shine and get a chance at the top level. For example, SHAZAM and a new youngster got some recognition and SHAZAM actually did pretty well. I think introducing injuries would create more scenarios like this.
DRAFT: I think the top 2 bottom teams in each region should get a DRAFT pick for the upcoming ascension winners and runner-ups.
