Unfortunate tho to not get a vandal skin
No I would imagine we will see other guns that aren’t Vandal, Phantom, OP, (maybe) Sheriff
going to have to agree it was rough to watch
players play better when they have chemistry with the rest of the players maybe that’s what he was missing
Usually when SEN have a perma ban its a map they are working on heavily as we saw with Lotus and Icebox previously. Im sure theyll try something new
they'll keep vandal and phantom for the vct champs bundles, leo faria said it somewhere
thats been a complaint from fans to orgs for ages. Some just make bad quality content
I mean the matches are way less predictable than other regions
nah we like this tenz arc let him keep cooking
its just a small group from both fanbases that go at it
the fact that people care about this is crazy
if you think any of those tourneys are mickey mouse then you guys are coping hard
nah they should keep their spot. The league will expand eventually and those teams you guys want will get their permanent spot
same genre of game i should have specified more sorry g
i mean Benjyfishy can fall off right now and he'll be remembered for being top level at two different esports (genres!)
MIBR is an outdated example, FURIA more accurate
Unless they make the slots permanent with an expansion, regardless of the bundle sales they going down
it would really depend on the next event, if SEN qualify and place top 3 at Shanghai or Champs it would be a better year than '21. They placed 5-8th at Berlin and 9-12th at Champs. Not really awesome placements imo
SEN NRG LOUD
KC TH FNC
GENG PRX T1
EDG FPX TEC (RB cope)
Probably the second. DRX is a massive favorite but teams are still figuring out their map pool, meaning they are likely to have a couple of bad maps that even the worst of teams can win on
his brain probably thought of this because those lower bracket upsets. I agree they do not understand how bad from a prep and performance standpoint it looks to lose with that double veto advantage
I was sold on RRQ by analysts during the offseason going to have to stick around and pick them
I keep up with this google sheets a vlr user made. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1y7Ytig2Vada9J4RTMjPGD6f3_9DCzjyLUMUa2Ncsq-A/edit#gid=0
yeah their players look good on paper, must be something we dont know about that is affecting their performance.
now this is something i can get behind
both sides need a change of scenary, 100T need a new raze/flex and Asuna needs a new team.
they need a better flex raze, there is going to be an inevitable NA N4RRATE bidding war. 100T got enough money to win that
He just isnt a great flex, he puts up much better numbers on raze. N4RRATE on this team next year would be an insane upgrade
even with a loss here, they are playing at such a high level despite all the issues they had. respect to the players and coaches.
They should’ve gone for Fennel’s roster instead
Hard to say, pacific is packed with cracked duelists
Vlr has had issues sometimes with the game info, id believe what it says on the stream
Agree with you, but on the bright side you are not DFM
not trash but jetlagged and out of practice for much more than a couple of days
the reaction is because it is expected for them to be dominant regionally but now I guess they are third behind KC and TH. Theyll likely take that third slot for shanghai and get to champs but I dont see them as winners this season
if you cant beat LOUD, who struggled with visa issues and couldnt prac well, with all that time to practice and rest due to not qualifying then the team might be cooked
they are guaranteed the points spot which doesnt populate till the end of the quals, its (almost) impossible for them not to get the point spot
i think they have good vibes thats not their issue. chronicle was laughing it up before map 2 started
idk what happened to him, he looked fine at red bull,
The Lotus one is the same one as last year but many good lotus teams still play them (SEN/KC). It’s good to see that they are better coordinated than on Icebox. Looks like they’ve added some layers compared to Kick Off
They faced two top 3 teams. I’m happy for them because most teams would kick themselves and have lower morale. With all the roster problems and limited practice because of MiniBoo’s exam schedule and the visa issues with Wo0t, most people would have just taken the loss but they came swinging
It’s fine to be confident in yourself and your team but it’s really disappointing when he says stuff like that and they show up in mid form and with cookie cutter ideas
the expectations came from scrims M80 and G2 (guard at the time) were frying. Very underwhelming start considering it was a core that had made it to an international tourney and was scrimming top teams all year
