There were rumors that there will be 2 teams from LATAM, but it will be 1 from latam south(where kru and lev are from) and one from latam north.
The thing is that a girl that leaks a lot of shit in the latam scene said that there wil be no team from latam north, so we can guess the teams from latam making it to franchises will be kru and lev.

Something that will help a lot to leviatan to get an spot into franchising is that they have a game changers team in latam north, and they sing a lot of mexicans streamers with big numbers. So they have a lot of precense in latam south and latam north.

furia have good players with crazy aim, they just make the worst decisions some times

APAC have one good team you guys don't deserve more slots.

I dunno, latam north have more money than latam south by far, a lot of teams train in gaming house while in latam south only leviatan train in a gaming house.
I think they lack of playerbase, lot of teams sign players from the south, i think last latam north challengers have like 5 chileans and 2 argentinians,
And they lack of work ethic, leviatan and kru work like 10 hours a day specially in playoffs or in bootcamp, i never hear anything like that from a latam north team.

I hope we get good news ๐Ÿ™

I don't think so, all i know is that they were scriming with M3C. Usually they don't say much about scrims but they are training all day so eventually we will get some scrimbux. I will post if they say something

Not just APAC, Leviatan CEO said two days ago that the tier 2 scene is going to be really good and that Riot have a really good plan for it but he can leak or say anything else.
And one streamer from LATAM that have a lot of conections with teams and riot said that there was a rumor that the tier 2 in LATAM is going to be LATAM + Brazil in one league. So maybe in APAC riot is doing something similar.

you put asia together so we can say that there are 7 teams from america too ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

posted about a year ago

This. i dunno wtf riot is going to do next year, you give 4 slots to every league and every team have almost 50% chance to make it to masters or you made masters a 8 or 6 team tournament

posted about a year ago

Americas will probably get more slots because viewership and level. I won't give 6 slots to asia when they have only one really good team and is probably disbanding next year.

Same with past masters, this is what i love about this game and the actual state of competitive valorant, there are a lot of good teams from different regions, and there are not that many shitty teams like masters of last year.

posted about a year ago

Wait till next year when we have 30 tier 1 teams in the world, we will have international tournaments of 3 days with 6 teams.

posted about a year ago

EMEA people don't get that their teams are boring as fuck and the only player with a personality is Boaster and is the only one to get more than 1k people watching his stream.
I wont be surprised if the americas league gets more spots in international events next year.

Nice argument kid.

This.
Valorant needs these kind of casters, while riot gets the most boring and slow casters for a fast paced game like valorant

posted about a year ago

That was last year, this year EMEA is 1 region.

posted about a year ago

KRU and FURIA won their matches, M3C don't, that's the difference.

And it's not South America is Latin America.

Riot: Understandable we are going to do ur first LAN with crowd in fucking Denmark with 1000 people ๐Ÿ‘

posted about a year ago

LATAM is LATAM north and LATAM south two different leagues, the two best teams from each league have to play for 1 master spot and 1 lcq spot.

And if you count us as "SA" SOUTH AMERICA we have to add BRAZIL, so we have 3 different leagues in SA :)

posted about a year ago

LATAM is LATAM North and LATAM south, two different leagues. And there is BRAZIL, they are they own region.

posted about a year ago

Because NA is 1 region, EMEA is 1 region, APAC is just Paper Rex, and East Asia is just DRX and maybe ZETA. It's not that hard bro.

posted about a year ago

Wdym? they have 3 spots just like last year

posted about a year ago

I feel like i explained 5 times already, but here we go again..
Latam is split in two latam north and latam south(where leviatan and kru are from), then they have to play for a slot to masters. Brazil is a region.

Brazil last year have 2 DIRECT SPOTS to champions and LATAM 1 and there was an LCQ with LATAM and BRAZIL that give 1 spot.
So basically SA have the same spots as last year, but the las 2 spots teams have to win them in a LAN between Brazil and LATAM wich makes it more competitive.

It wasn't just a random tweet, it had like 500 likes and a ton of retweets and comments, in those comments there were people from the brazil valorant scene: players, influencers and the owner of furia congratulating the guy who tweeted that. This shit is sick.

And wait after the LCQ is over, sickly (fusion head coach) and lembo(spanish influencer with big latam presence) said the conditions for LATAM teams were terrible, a lot of questionable shit, like some teams could only play 2 scrims a day because the latam teams have a short time to use the facilities riot have in brazil, and those facilities were shit. They are just waiting for the LCQ to end to start saying what happened.

Leviatan already bootcamping in Spain in Case esports office since monday.
Good decision to bootcamp this early, they probably are scriming with the teams playing LCQ since those teams will not scrim with each other while they are playing LCQ. And adverso posted a storie in instagram and they were training with Gambit

bro celebrating a win agains LATAM north(โ™ฟ) like if it was a masters finals๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€

posted about a year ago

No bait answer:

You guys dont get that LATAM is divided in LATAM north and LATAM south, two diferent leagues and the two best teams from each league play in a LAN for masters spots.

In the SA LCQ the 2 slots are for LATAM north, LATAM south and Brazil.

If only the cheap fucks in riot makes champions a 20 teams tournament we will not be talking about this shit.

Riot give SA 2 LCQ slots so you guys can come to vlr and cry about it
