in terms of improving the team, replacing Dep is not the first priority. He’s been playing okay, he has games where he pops off, the main issue are his supports. Crow has been consistently underperforming and some of the other members like TENNN have been a bit on or off so bringing in someone like Syouta could help. I just mentioned the other players because the topic was t3xture vs Dep so those are just my two cents

It’s fine to like him and enjoy his content, I just can’t stand the people who d-ride him like he’s their brother or something and brag about HIS accomplishments on HIS behalf cuz that’s just weird behavior

I never said I hated him but alot of people idolize him for no reason (if the fact that he is rich and works out is the only reason, surely you idolize an actual fitness icon like cbum or noel)

We have also not seen him play tier 1 valorant since like 2021, and he played decent against tier 3 teams in challengers qualification (yes UB is not a serious team but he should be top fragging every game since that is the case) but other than that we only see him in ranked so there is literally no basis to be praising him as the goat of val

It’s nice that Dep has positively represented Japan in other games but we are talking strictly Valorant, and even though I like Dep, it’s true that he is underperforming (inconsistent)

Dep been underwhelming so far for the most part, I feel like Meiy, CLZ, or Jemkin from Japanese Tier 2 could be good replacements

yes but he mostly plays duelist, usually only taking a sentinel role when Rb steps up to fill in the duelist (ex. Neon on fracture)

BuZz for some reason slips under the radar, people don’t realize how good his Jett is until he dominates in big games

I love something, he is my favorite player, but let’s not put him at #1 until he can show us more of what he can do in tier 1 franchising level

Once they get a win (could be soon against ZETA) it will justify the ranking, they are looking better and better each match

Based of recent results, GE 2-1. ZETA needs to replace some members of their roster to be world class. I love watching Japanese Tier 2 because there is so much promising talent there. ZETA should get players like Meiy, CLZ, Jemkin, hiroronn, and SyouTa to replace long time underperforming members like crow
