there is a bigger playerbase too on eu and more people play fps game in eu than na , language factor can be comptabilized , if i do remember curry had said its harder to climb immo in eu
there is also the communication factor like its way easier to reach immo on na , you dont need to play with people shouting in turkish russian polish arabic french etc
