Ngl, yea. kind of agree. He was deadly only for his op play. You could say the same for any duelists players from back then, like TenZ, Asuna, f0rsakeN etc. At least the players I said are able to show us that they can be flexible, they just needed the right time to be flexible.

hes already reach top 3 for pacific, why not the world? I think 3/4th best imo.

Hey man, SEN fans are on the hopium high ok? Even I am (thank god there's 4 leagues. I would be having a heart attack supporting SEN throughout this season.)

posted 2 months ago

in reality, it got close coz of boostio imo. Hes not just a shotcaller, but a fragger. He can carry his weight when the team really needs him, and it shows against LEV. All we really need is to get Zekken and TenZ firing on all cylinders; get them hitting from the go. Sacy needs to be that world champion initiator we've all wanted to see (imo, he needs to stay on the Sova/Fade), Zellsis can stay the same, his Brimstone looks good to be a solo smokes and let TenZ be that flex we all want to see. but yea, I think SEN can push it to map 3 against lev tomorrow.

you could say the same for talon. FrosT took over as coach (even though there was no news whatsoever), picked up ban from T1, lenne from TS, and governor from tier2 NA. All GE needs to do is to grow some balls. thats it. You want to show the world why you're india's last hope? then show it! GE's CEO NEEDS to listen. even Rob Moore is a better CEO than GE's CEO.

posted 2 months ago

fair point. I just dont see GE really making waves anytime soon unless we see improvements both off and on the server. This was the same situation with SEN. last year, they had a good showing for like 2 games with dephh and Sykko. Then completely bottled it halfway through. thankfully, SEN actually took note of their faults and took in Marved to fill in the spot alongside kaplan.

posted 2 months ago

i see. i like him too. good up and coming player. Does need to carry his weight tho when it comes to high-pressure situations now that hes in the Tier1 spotlight

posted 2 months ago

Monyet had to carry his own weight when he played with GE. He utilised his fragging skills to get out of the hellhole GE was in last year. I think Spin is better as an analyst or an assistant coach rather than a head coach. at least there, GE can both pick up GOOD up and coming players and a GOOD coach with actual head coach potential.

didnt u have a heretics flair not too long ago?

i agree that they have a very low chance of making out of groups. IF they beat 100T and Loud beat LEV, aspas and c0m are LEV's biggest obstacles for SEN.

posted 2 months ago

i believe alfa is a mechanical freak like tenz, aspas etc

fkn insane

posted 2 months ago

Ardiis is more an individual player (he had a better outing with ANGE1 than with FNS)

posted 2 months ago

I mean, it kind of is an El Clasico. SEN cleared 100t during qualifiers for Reykjavik 2021, then 100T cleared SEN during 2022, THEN SEN cleared 100T twice during last year's season (regular season and LCQ).

posted 2 months ago

I wouldn't say LEV is weak, its just that Boostio showed us why he's a champions winner. All of these are by face value. (i edited the KRU one, completely forgot about them when i was writing this post.)

posted 2 months ago

This is what my power rankings look like.

  1. LOUD
  2. NRG
  3. LEV
    4 SEN
  4. 100T
  5. KRU
  6. FURIA
  7. C9
  8. G2
  9. MIBR
  10. EG

*reasoning: 4th and 5th goes both ways for SEN and 100T. SEN still might take the advantage over 100T by a sliver of a margin. EG goes 11th due to the fact that they have 1 unknown player in Apoth and supamen (regardless of his time in Faze), a mediocre igl in NaturE, Derrek who is alright at best (can be inconsistent) and Jawgemo (still one of the best duelists, idk if he has what it takes to carry a team like this on his back tho). just like how SEN and 100T's ranking can go both ways for them, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th spots also goes both ways for FURIA, C9, G2, and MIBR.

I completely forgot to add that 5th place (KRU) is part of the 4 way tie with FURIA, C9, G2 and MIBR). MB

posted 2 months ago

with the way Talon is looking (and how the igl roles is now in lenne's hands), i think its fair to say Governor might have a chance in Pacific as one of the best duelist players.

posted 2 months ago

I mean yeah, you could say the same for boaster. boasters fragging skills is mediocre at best, but the way he calls for Fnatic shows he doesnt really need to frag considering he has derke, alfajer, leo and chronicle.

posted 2 months ago

just watch woohoojin. does a great job talking about the brim pick and how its more viable with viper as supposed to omen

posted 2 months ago

A lot of SEN fans discredit the fact that the team they played against is a world champion (minus aspas). Ofc the team will lose. but considering the round differential regardless of loss is a massive step up from last year. All these delulus think the players are a problem yet they dont understand the who they played against. they only discredit the fact that Loud lost aspas and picked up a somewhat alright duelist in qck.

posted 2 months ago

i mean the discipline part is 100% on victor. Man's 26 while zekken's 18. the maturity on victor obviously gives an advantage compared to zekken. I think mechanically, zekken has a slight advantage over victor (its like a millimeter of a length). But yea, victor is better

posted 2 months ago

what about fracture? Old SEN looked nice on Fracture. at least there we can run TenZ KAYO, Zellsis Brim, Sacy Sova, johnqt Cypher and zekken Raze instead of the weak (imo) ascent meta.

posted 2 months ago

Zekken often peeks without teammate help, which leads to him dying quite alot. also, the midrounding kind of fucks SEN's overall playstyle (either TenZ or zekken dies first, which leads to a scramble on where to go)

posted 2 months ago

Agree. SEN can battle against top teams, but won't actually win. I think SEN fits the narrative of being 4th placing in Americas (in the world stage if they ever make it, i'm thinking they place around 7/8th placing, which to me is still a good placing for a team who can show improvements).

posted 2 months ago

I think the off season proved they can play with the big dogs (e.g. Loud)

posted 2 months ago

SEN played LOUD. ofc LOUD had a playbook on how to play this new iteration of SEN. the braindead side of the SEN fanbase cant comprehend the difference between good and great. johnqt is a good igl, but against Saadhak? yeah, sure johnqt did alright to counter some of saadhak's strats, but its saadhak. He is a Champions winner. but overall, i think SEN still has a chance to get something going this year.

posted 2 months ago

i was talking about in-ear earphones... but yeah, i havent really played val in quite a while so ofc i suck.

posted 2 months ago

I believe by the time the Brazilian's contracts are over, SEN might pick up s0m. idk, it seems like it might work. Yea, they'll have maps where the agent pool looks weak, but I think s0m can still help SEN in the future.

posted 2 months ago

100%. SEN looked clean on split before getting completely ran down by Saadhak's late round calls to let Loud take map 1, and in Ascent, its still a IGL diff on Loud's side.

posted 2 months ago

I bet this is happening is probs because Rossy has shit in ears. My guess

posted 2 months ago

NA's was actually the best today. every team has their own walkout song (which is sick tbh). one thing i missed from Pacific's was the hologram of the agents (shit was sick asf)

posted 2 months ago

To me, vanity's calling compared to shahz's is visible to say the least. fragging wise, shahz has the upper hand over vanity's. But do you really need a fragging igl? maybe, but at the same time, if my team has some insane aimers (i.e. C9's OXY and Xeppaa), then vanity was the right call.

To me, trading klay/dray still has value for assets like Hachimura, (maybe Markannen, though looking at Utah in standings, its a hit or miss if they will trade away markannen atp), i agree with wiggs, he has shown an upward swing since last season, but its not gonna grow in SanFran anytime soon. CP3 is currently injured so maybe he can stay as veteran support for the younger guys.

If the Warriors wants to run with their usual playstyle of extremely small small-ball, then the young players that they have need to change positions, (Podz as a SG, Moody as a SF, Kuminga stays as a PF and TJD stays a center. at least there they wont have to fight for minutes whilst the Warriors try to trade away Klay and Dray for assets that have a slight upward swing in performance).

The gun is alright at best (tried a game in a swift since this game now needs a duo or trio to actually function in comp). Since the gun has 2 bullets, the scoped does wonders for people who like bodyshots (basically me). The gun is good for ecos (thats all I can really say). But overall, nice gun

This is gonna be funny... but if Golden State didnt put Klay as a trade asset for Kevin Love (before the cavs buyout) during the 2014 off-season, we wouldve seen probably the best ball movement team in the NBA (Golden State shouldve put David Lee instead of Kevin Love, they had the exact amount of moolah in their contract at 14-15 mil)

Another one is that Golden State needs to destroy the "big 3" in Steph/Klay/Dray. Klay is inconsistent, Dray, as much as I love him as a person, as a player, he's very aggressive (in a bad way). To also include the CP3 and Wiggs. Idek wtf happened to Wiggs after the 2022 championship run, he looked out of proportion (and he's now on the bench! how far has he lost his value?). As far CP3 goes, i understand where the warriors were going with the Poole for CP3, but, the hype is dead. CP3 is old. To make the warriors a "future" title contender (yes, i said future. theyre 11th in the west conf. no point contending now), I believe Klay, Dray, CP3 and Wiggs need to go to different teams. Klay/Dray/Wiggs need a change of scenery and CP3 is better off as a trade asset.

(yes I am a massive warriors fan, and no, I did not get into the warriors hype when they won their 1st ring, I actually got into them during 2012-13. I was a Phoenix Suns (Dragic/Gortat/Scola era) fan before the warriors).
