I think people dont realize that the reason Chet accomplished so much on optic wasnt only because of his brilliance, but because he was given a high authority position, and implemented his own structures and disciplined the players and stuff like that. On TSM and NRG, he probably didnt have the same degree of authority/respect from the players and so thats why it probably didnt go as well. As long as Chet gets full autonomy I think he can easily build another championship roster
