tex & JonahP didn't run any trials with any teams meaning they were 100% staying on guard meanwhile the rest of the team was trialing all round. keep in mind that they didn't know The Guard wouldn't get into franchising, implying that they were already considering not sticking as a 5
trust me i'd die to see the full team compete together. so sad to know im such a passionate fan of a scene that doesn't even protect the players from being screwed like this and wasting jobs and time
They will definitely get picked up now, some of the best players in the scene with huge potential. It was just odd that they were exploring other options before all this even happened despite the structure they have as the 5 they are
i mean obviously i want them to stick together, many of them declined franchised offers to stick together and then they qualified for the league and started exploring for other orgs

If the team got into the Americas League, they would still have to make 2-3 changes, they would 100% not stick together

runneR is an amazing player and very humble, met him in ranked before
it really is but either way players cant get signed till next month so they both have time to get in another team

even if you're not a guard fan you have to agree that what riot did here is dirty asf, extremely inconsiderate of the players' future and work

I haven't seen crashies trial with NRG i wonder where he's trialing and if he is it must be an alt account
It is still early days but some players from the The Guard have decided to continue professional play and have received opportunities elsewhere

Team Liquid has been spotted trialing with FakeAnanas through nAts. The player in question and replacement is unknown but most likely soulcas / Redgar according to sources
