He has no time for it because he's not set up properly, he can't focus on 1 angle/corner, yes he's performing bad individually but sen as a team have super horrible spacing, nobody is there to trade tenz when he goes in.
Spacing from sen is fucking trash, they should watch fnatic vods more, tenz dies solo all the time while his team is isolated by smokes so they can't even trade. Look how chronicle and leo set derke up and replicate it, should not be too hard for a fucking franchised team

If you replace crashies and fns who usually play init on NRG with any flash+reckon pair from Cloud/Chronicle/Leo/Sheydos/mwzera/Shao and put ardis on jett he will perform as good as he used to quite easily.
Ardis is not na, but without shao and zyppan setting him up and also while playing off-role he's not as good I agree, current NRG players are just worse than old fpx core tbh
