If he is a good duelist, he needs to be good with raze.

they don't need a flex player, they need a jett. Trexx is primary sova/raze flex, sheydos plays flash initiators, wolfen is decent on sentinels, kolda should pick up controller role.
wolfen should play anchor role, he's much better on kj/cypher than on jett. just drop starxo, put kolda on perma controller and sign a good jett from Turkish VRL, it would fix role issues too because sheydos will be back to his primary role

Sen players except tenz now are stuck in tier 2 and look average there, tenz also looks kinda average atm, it's not the same with gambit players.
Gambit 4+derke would unironically be top 1 even in 2023, chronicle is in the same form as in 2021, nats fell off a bit(but it's hard to consistently drop 260+ acs and 1.4 kd on viper and cypher, he's still elite in his role just not at absolute peak uncontested best player itw level), sheydos is kinda farming emea even in his dysfunctional team playing off-role.
