He won't end negative in every match, he will have deffo stats or so. He has a playstyle similar to deffo but he plays against significantly worse opponents so he gets 2-3 kills as a sacrificial entry in situations where deffo would get 1 or even die without a kill.

There are way too many paycheck stealers in jp teams who clearly don't put enough time in improving, jp needs 35-40 yo eu/na cs veterans at coach role, preferably former tier 1 igls, jp players are mechanically a bit worse than other regions but mechanics is the easiest aspect to improve, the problem is that there are almost no set plays which again indicates the lack of coaches/igls. Tbh you guys should learn from Chinese dota 2 scene and hire someone like xiao8 who is super authoritarian but his methods definitely work.
