cNed was one of the most impactful players of 2023
You're funny
Both of these teams rely so much on set strats and I feel like when things go wrong, sometimes they don't entirely know what to do
So reactionary what the fuck? You can't have 1 bad game without VLR dogging ur ass
When EMEA has 1 clear best and most dominant team in FNATIC = Boring
When the top pool of EMEA player each other close and there isn't a clear best team = Boring
??
DRX have consistently made international events since the start of the competitive scene. Ya'll were dogshit for two years and are riding of off the hype of a Masters tournament with 8 teams, which had a terrible format to qualify.
This is why we don't let Sentinels fans have opinions lmfao
2nd and last place get the same trophy, but this game isn't all about trophies. If you consistently make international events, you're going to have a better reputation than the team that's staying home spectating.
Also, the five at Gentlemates have been together for longer than the five at DRX.
My point is that Gentle Mates are within the bottom five teams of EMEA. Nobody fucking cares about your chants if you aren't gonna go to any international events this year.
I think that stylistically it's a terrible matchup because KC love playing in a setup heavy sorta way, and I think that if there's any team that can dismantle that its NAVI but it'll be close for sure.
NAVI 2-1
Gentle Mates are better than BBL, KOI and maybe GiantX and TL. That is it.
Chants won't do shit when you're in the bottom five of EMEA
They're throwing rounds because they're trying so hard to close out the series. Wtf was that Sova ult lmfao
Sure but they're making the micro plays and switching up strats which they hadn't been doing in their previous matches. Their constantly switching up viper setups, they're shooting amazingly and they have good util combos. Good match for confidence too
global esports wasted their money on that fraud though! :D
literally his entire DSG team hates him lmfaoo
cry more? none of those players are doing anything of significance right now because they're all equally shit lmfao
Of course it was his decision to join a tier 2 team dude nobody said it wasn't, but I doubt he thought he'd receive the level of hate that he did and rightfully so; majority of it was a gross over reaction.
You literally are missing the entire point of this thread, YES! we are aware that he is performing badly but the mental game is a massive factor of that.
Previous igl kind of blames him for getting fired too
This has happened on previous teams before in order to provide comfortability for certain players and such, but ultimately that decision comes down to coaching staff, and have the coaching staff been criticised? No. Ya'll just wanna fuel your massive hate boner for Yay because you have nothing better to do lmfao.
wait what the fuck lmfao
I think you are forgetting a very important factor though, and that is.... believe it or not! Not everybody is the same, not everybody can tolerate the same level of hate and regardless Demon1 does not receive the same level of hate as Yay
literally who the fuck cares he was the best player in 2022, who wouldn't have an ego. lmfao so parasocial for what
he made like 2 comments anyway
Yay literally performed badly in a few games of Tier 2 in a team that was destined to fail because of it's lack of structure. Did you see the coms videos from DSG, it looked like a match of premier.
People were quick to pit all of the blame onto him and he received an overbearing and unwarranted biblical wave of hatred because of it.
Ya'll weren't making these threads when RRQ lost that 2v5 though?
The whole world shit on him, and he performed badly because of that. Thank you for proving my point, he adds to the track record of pros that crumble to an unwarranted level of hate and criticism (although I think SkRossi was slightly deserving of SOME criticism)
The mental game is a fair reason to justify the underperformance of some players.
ONE example you fucking tart(I literally said it was the only example I could think of too) and it took him a whole year to come back from it; him and Kyedae even talked about how much it weighed him down.
Aspas did not recieve the same level of hate as Yay. Yay has whole social media accounts dedicated to dumping on him.
They will have nowhere near enough time to fix it all
There's far too much that they need to work on
There are a very small pool of players that meet the same level of criticism as Yay. Hello?? Honestly the only other player I can think of was TenZ last year.
They're both dogshit and they won't do anything this year so who cares
This is a website for Valorant eSports in general lmfao. I don't wanna talk about yay because everything that you could say about him has been said 1000 times before.
If I were new to Valorant and you had told me that this team had 2 title winning players I would actually laugh in your face
Literally none of these teams look even okay
TYLOO, All Gamers and Nova eSports exist
There's a whole tiktok account dedicated to Yay?
I still think that Bleed are better, just because a team wins against another team once does not mean that they are indefinitely better, if that were the case then this game would be incredibly boring.
The two top teams in NA are always some iteration of the old OpTic core alongside a pretty new team
Dude has been watching the past 3 years of Valorant eSports with a blindfold on
understandably, i can imagine he's super uncomfortable on this english speaking roster as somebody that had never spoken english before
