You don't have the awareness for playing duelists yet. You can get info from a lot of other agents which duelists can't acquire by themselves. Also you had a lot of first deaths and you barely completed any kills, your positioning and aim needs to improve in general

You can just play by clicking the play button as well, but you will be playing on 64 tick valve servers and you will be matched based on your trust factor which is not good if you don't have prime or you haven't used steam enough before. Tarik usually plays on his own servers or faceit servers. Faceit is a third party matchmaking platform used by multiple games, but is very popular in CSGO. I guess you might have seen Tarik use the console a lot while playing on his own servers since he himself is the admin. If you want to play on faceit you just have to paste a connect command once and then might not even have to use the console until the game ends. But people still use the console a lot cuz it's very efficient to configure settings through it instead of searching each setting in settings menu

Don't take long range duels with a phantom, it has damage reduction and poor accuracy reset time, although it has better first shot accuracy imo it's not worth enough to risk a long range duel, not at all if the opponent has a vandal

I use yellow because it is easier to spot enemies, but the yellow outlines are sometimes very pixelated on long ranges making it harder to aim
