very promising vitality roster, but who is igl, destrian? cender? it's probably also good for liquid, hot take.
eh idk about this, gl i guess
not even much "richer" or "bigger" orgs can mobilize their fans like that. going to events, buying tickets, buying the merch, their fans aren't merely viewers, they are actively participating in supporting the org. i feel like this is more common in streamer-run orgs.
cant stay at org if they dont take pay cut
whoever told him that is right tho
there is difference in the first year of franchising to this year. last time seems like orgs just rushed to making a roster because deadline was only roughly a month to make one after the announcement and almost everyone becomes FA and you compete with other orgs to get the players/coaches with high demand. seems this time there are more trials being done.
people believe every rumor there is lol. not a big deal as long as he isnt a pos
got used too much with inflated salaries maybe
feels like molsi is getting overlooked but he deserves to play in tier 1 so would be nice to see him
i think the last year situation is very different from this year, firstly, champs 2022 was mid sept then right after the partnered teams were announced and mid oct it was initial roster lock (?) so teams are pressured to make a roster as fast as possible with those players who made internatl events high on priority list. they just scrambled to get the “best” ones they could get maybe without tryouts because of limited time and org competing for the best players
yep, also nice to see players who are hungry to play at tier 1 despite the lowered budget
i wonder if they would go for non filipinos
nothing about his skills but i guess teams would rather go for some less experienced player with big potential that they can mould. not even including what happened to his kcorp stint. would he also have a buyout or something
wait no more oil money and cryptobetting sponsor? idk about that, would make more sense for the exit be due to the riot investigation and other mismanagement issues
would be nice to see his igling outside prx but tbh wanted to see him on desk as talent, nice to have such funny and witty personality around
let me get the drops and i will respectfully gtfo after XD
no way theyll root for americas XD
time to step back after getting 3 teams to top 4 in 2021 lmao
wasnt it always like this? iirc teams tbagging had always gotten a warning, at least in vct emea and recently vcl jp.
istg, when i watch the game, eg wins the round, when i tab out, prx wins. i tabbed out the last 2 maps LMAO
these orgs have at least won a domestic tournament pre franchise no? more like they fell off looking at recent results but its not like those orgs are bankrupt, theres always a chance to bounce back.
no lcq? thats a big L
same regions match up kinda predictable, theyve played these teams many times already. really hoped they didnt put emea and china teams on same side brackets
nah more like it feels forced to generate drama, pretty neutral about them but i hate their org, i respect the team
breeze is that tl roster’s best map lol, the other maps before breeze maybe
this is why boaster is igl
emea teams and china teams on same side of bracket cringe
problem with those 6 months is there are few tournaments for them to get tested, there is technically just one season for these teams. nrg had two changes, sure som is their buddy but he isnt an upgrade to marved, just a replacement just like ardiis, not saying they are worse but definitely there is so much to consider including adjusting their playstyles.
id say blg is a big anomaly tho lol
nrg kryptonite, what a day for china!
expected in first year of franchising, teams who had a big roster change that its essentially a new team cannot compete, teams that lost their key players also lost their chemistry, and teams that really brought in an upgrade without breaking up the core of the team are doing well.
what a fun first map
was a very good series from both teams
zeta unlucky bracket everytime on champs
alfa and leo are beasts
XD
companies that actually earn money outside of esports, pretty cool
i feel like people are taking his opinion way too deep, he just didnt want to root for the "villains". wasnt that the purpose anyway in this kind of storyline, root for the underdogs and get annoyed at villains.
always fun to root for underdogs and upsets
lets be real many of these players are taking whatever substance, the only issue would be taking it on broadcast.
reverse sweep pog! latam in champs!
