Another big skill gap in ow is ult tracking and adapting to what ults enemies have (in val u can see their money and ult on tab)
Only 1 shield hero now and once again there is a skill gap in usage of it
While u can respawn u already lost the fight and now have lower ult % then enemies so it is punishing

fps is a problem in every game, just check some players like queasy who is pretty consistently placing on NA when he is EU on 120ms, idk how can i proove the loot part and storm part expect to tell u to play the game
people winning tournaments on bad ping, storms are easily predicted, controller youre right on that but only 2 controller players have brain so others are tier 3, getting good loot was never a problem in fn
