He’s the best JP duelist imo. Better Jett than dep, seoldam, botssi, etc. kind of inconsistent as of late, but hopefully he ends up in franchising one day, him and syouTa are the two best JP players that can replace some of the frauds we have in franchising rn

good ones ive had are myprotein, dymatize has unique (decent to good) flavors for cheap, ghost has rlly good flavors but its expensive. Ryse i think is popular but ive never tried it. If ur broke i highly recommend going to your local grocery outlet/budget grocery store and scoping out their nutrition section, kept me fit thru some rough times.
Else, gold standard whey from optimum nutrition isn't the best but it works. For baking, look for casein protein as it is wayyyy better to use for cooking /baking than whey isolate. WAY better. it is a life changing ingredient when trying to cook healthy.
i use: 5 oz oats, protein powder (yummy kind), banana, milk/cashew milk, chocolate chip, honey/maple syrup, lil baking powder. Blend, pour into small dish, top with berries. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 . Oats are creamy and delicious everytime
