it is just extra,its def not "pointless" in terms of keeping ur motivation and form mechanically,its not NECCESARY but obviously if u have the efficiency to do both its better

keeping ur form,in league its a problem if a pro on top of scrims doesn't play any solo que u would probably get ur house swatted in china and korea ,maybe it also tells something about ur motivation if u have no interest to even touch the game outside scrims
