This happens to me sometimes as well. First of all, I think my room gets a little too cold because our thermostat is kinda wonky and that affects it, but primarily it's just me overreacting in clutch situations as well.

The main factor causing this reaction is confidence imo. I have a mantra where I tell myself some affirming things but that might not be for you. I recommend just putting less mental stress on the game and remembering that you're playing to have fun. "It's just a game" might not seem to be the right mindset for Competitive or the likes but honestly you need to have some aspect of that (so you don't get jittery or panicky)
