LFG

posted 5 months ago

I know, im just talking player quality

posted 5 months ago

its pretty far, TE looked extremely good in china, only nova looked slightly comparable in Kickoff (TE look much worse in bangkok, dont even seem like the same team)

In the chinese off season it only further confirmed this

EDG
----------
TE
Nova
----------
XLG
FPX
WOL
DRG
BLG
----------
JDG
TEC
TYLOO

posted 5 months ago

I agree that they dont need roster changes but with the right shuffling of players you could build a chinese superteam

posted 5 months ago

I think with the right roster moves from TE, FPX and Nova you could legit build another chinese superteam

posted 5 months ago

exactly, TE forgot how to shoot as soon as they had a little bit of pressure on them

posted 5 months ago

not only that, TE also were very clearly under pressure and lost all their usual confidence

posted 5 months ago

everyone is buddy, everyone is

posted 5 months ago

Catch up? not a chance, EDG are world beaters rn, but chinese teams can catch up internationally for sure

posted 5 months ago

My point is when EDG doesn't care

they almost to XLG in an elimination match, im pretty sure they took it seriously

posted 5 months ago

TE looked promising in kickoff and a better team than EDG. here what happened in bangkok.

Trace never played their best map, bind. Trace didnt innovate a single new comp except haven (which is the standard haven comp anyways), Trace individuals werent even online, Trace played super messy and clearly lost the confidence they had in chinese kickoff, Trace didnt improve a single map further in fact they look worse, from their already bad map pool

meanwhile

EDG dont troll their map vetos, EDG changed nearly every comp, EDG individuals are online and are clean asf, EDG have a ton of confidence and dont fall under pressure, EDG improved every map from their already good map pool.

TE look like they are going through the EDG shanghai/madrid arc where they crumble under the pressure, individuals arent performing like they do regionally, they play nothing like they do in china, they dont adapt to these international teams at all, and just mellow in dispair.

I have hopes for TE but this is not a good showing, hopefully they learn from these international experiences like EDG did and dont crumble like FPX

posted 5 months ago

their best aimer is life and aaaay, life got replaced for a reason and aaaay rivals edg but better than no one

posted 5 months ago

I agree, I got really lucky with blue otherwise I wouldve gone like 100+ tries

posted 5 months ago

DW the other one it took 63 tries for me to win

if T1 and TL win all draws are fair game
if Sen win they cant face DRX (which means theres a 50/50 chance that DRX will face G2)
if TE win they cant face G2 (which means theres a 50/50 chance that G2 will face DRX)

posted 5 months ago

JUST ONE MORE GAME

posted 5 months ago

u mean shanghai btw

but alas that only happened because FPX already faced fut so needed a redraw. if its like shanghai TE can only face DRX or SEN/TL

posted 5 months ago

there is always a chance

posted 5 months ago

dont think vanguard would like that much unless u mean riot goes around buying ideas

posted 5 months ago

ah, so you are just salty you lost and want some sort of superiority complex

posted 5 months ago

I got it in 63 tries lol

I didnt know crashies was apart of t1

posted 5 months ago

and they legitimately look like they could win all 3 maps, and honestly deserved to win (just based on macro alone) all 3 maps if EDG didnt win so many hero rounds. like of course trace is gonna look deflated after losing abyss to a single guy dropping 30 as the igl.

other regions (excluding pacific) like liquid or sen won on the maps they prepped well to a strong degree and lost to the maps the other maps to a strong degree, not a single of those maps were actually close. There was no point in time where you could think the second seed could actually close of the gf (no I dont mean "oh liquid won 2 maps, they will win" I mean a series where liquid/sen looked good enough to win a full 3 maps if a few tiny things went their way)

TE completely macro diffed EDG on every map except fracture (again in kickoff, I think EDG look much much better macro wise)

kk is just oping less in vct, doesnt make him worse at it
