Depends how big the change is, but with time you will manage, for me realising I made the right choice and focusing on the goal made the adjustment easy

do you bring your setup abroad or save up and build one there

I brought a new set up because bringing over the set up would expensive due to its weight, and I travel back to my home country anyways so it just made sense to have two for when I need to go back for holidays and such

Like im trying really hard to not be mean here, but to put simply, you should never be 100% locked in focused on the game even in your down time.

Thats how people get burnt out, and tired. This is true for studying, this is true for valorant and this is true for anything you do. if you always give 100% you will lose your motivation/energy. So him going to twitter, going out, doing literally anything else can be helpful. This is why you take breaks, breaks are important.

Posting on twitter doesnt make you more tired, posting on twitter doesnt give you burn out. Im sorry but those things dont correlate in any sense.

he is tired from the burn out by playing the game too much and needing to constantly adapt. him beefing on twitter doesnt add up on that mental fatigue. you need to explain what you dont understand
