you’re making the mistake of comparing csgo and valorant. Both are two different tac shooters. One is a game that is drilled and repeated every season another is a game that is chaotic and random every season. One is changing every year while the other has stayed the same for years. Teams need to adjust to the change.

the asuna hate is unnecessary. Asuna is a unique player. I assure you if he ever gets dropped he is getting picked up instantly. Bro is not leaving tier 1 anytime soon even if its to china.
I say the best way to get GC involved in the higher tier scene and make it more competitive is having offseason or on season tournaments not related to the main VCT circuits that allow them to play against T1 and T2 teams. For example, Red Bull Homegrounds can feature a GC team from each region. Or during the season with premier relegation into T2 the winner of GC can also be involved into that play-in tourney. Also open scrims to allow GC and higher tier teams to scrim with each other. I dont think GC teams are allowed to scrim with VCT teams but I also could just be making that up. This raises the competition for GC teams and allows them to catch up in terms of skill and experience. I think the GC circuit is fine. Its like the WNBA. Also T1 teams should allow woman to trial for the roster.
TLDR: Give GC players more opportunities to participate against higher tier teams. That will allow them to grow and get better as players.

EDG have always proven to be number 1 china every year and for the first time in China VCT we are seeing EDG easily looking like the number three team in China. FUT is a team that have kept up with some of the top dogs in EMEA and also they finished number 1 in the league. Granted they havent won any notable games which is why I think EDG will come out victorious. But the pressure just isnt the same. EDG has a lot more riding for them.
EDG are coming in as heavy underdogs tbf. I think if they win it will be an upset. PRX vs G2 is going to be an absolute banger tho

I have been a 100t fan since first strike. After seeing so many ups and downs for the past three years. Its so hard. NaVi at least has a International title. 100 thieves make internationals just to get rolled because three of our players couldn’t get over 10 kills and then they get titled and throw.
I’ve noticed every time i dont support 100 thieves they win. Im switching flairs to sentinels.
