cara, não é assim q a banda toca. se ele pagou fiança, foi pq ele substituiu a prisão preventiva (medida cautelar, não penal) pela fiança, o que significa que o caso ainda não havia sido transitado em julgado, portanto não haveria de fato uma pena a ser cumprida por ele na prisão. a concessão da fiança no caso de agressão contra a mulher também é bem rígida, mesmo sendo um crime afiançável como a maioria, então imagino que o processo dele sofreu diversas análises antes da concessão
