He doesn't have any association with anyone at the event, he's just a just chatting streamer, no?
If different EU players wanted to play, I'm sure they would've let them. These were probably the first ones to ask
Most likely Geng, but the 9 hours, he only announced it 9 hours in between. I'm sure you can talk to other teams before that.
lets just ignore that, like I ignore my other problems and think utopia
Duelist: Aspas (if he plays)
Initiator: c0m
Flex: Kingg
Senti: Tex
Smokes: Demon1
Insane firepower but also no aggression. I see this team as a very default heavy instead of a set exec team, where they take alot of solo opening duels. If this is the actual roster, I'm not too confident in it working, but they made it work with mazino so this could be a nice asf team.
If the leaked roster is real, are they even a Latam team at this point?
That opening makes the entire anime worth it
My favorite part is for sure the animation, if it holds true to the manga, Imma be so happy
I didn't mind Fire Force, its just VERY slow progression
That along with domestic girlfriend
Very middle of the pack roster, solid but not bad.
My only worry for G2 at the beginning of the season is the mixing of styles betwen jaw and g2. g2 is possibly the slowest team in defaulting and we saw it fail when they initially had leaf on duelist, who is pretty aggressive. So I hope g2 will learn to switch up the pace occasionally to match jaw's natural style.
SEN: Zekken, N4RRATE, Zellsis, Johnqt, Bang
G2: Jawgemo, trent, JonahP, Leaf, Valyn
NRG: Mada, Verno, Ethan, FNS, s0m
100T: Cryo, EEIU, Asuna, Boostio, Zander
I think that was something that people didn't take into account when tenz retired. Yeah they lose firepower but they also lose the kid duo that'll jump into site without fear and I'm positive that was a big reason zekken did so well bc he had support on the entry. If either bang or n4rrate can do the same for him then zekken will perform fine
If you force this roster to play like the last one, it wont work. However, I think this roster is more stable because the roles won't switch from map to map much. It will practically put zellsis perma flash initiator, bang controller, johnqt senti/viper. Upgrade or downgrade is hard to judge because the playstyle will be very different.
Idk shit, but it definitely felt like a financial issue bc c9 also randomly disbanded their GC team when they were killing the NA scene. Also they randomly picked up a collegiate player, no shade to jakee but there was definitely more proven T2 players at the time. But all speculation on my part
It's bc between the two, neither jett is significantly better than the other. However, one is already a world class sova so its easier to slot in this way. You don't have to spend time teaching n4rrate the little nuances with the agent and go straight into strats and scrimming. But who really cares about my opinion im not on the team. LMAO
But outside of zekken, who do you want to play sova on ascent, icebox and haven? Johnqt? We saw how that went in RBHG. Its not like they're switching him to sova and putting a bad jett in, its n4rrate. If they do it, it'll be just fine
Why do people love complaining so much? Seriously if you don't like something, don't watch. It's clearly something he does on the side, separate from his other content. If you want actual new and most up to date stuff then scroll through twitter or reddit
Honestly next level of dedication to care that much. If that isn't written with AI, please you need help.
pointless comparison, we won't know until they play
I'd be okay with him saying bang has better game sense and taking smarter duels but to say someone hard diffs tenz purely on mechanics, when that is his main things is difficult. Not many people are imo
I think its a great pickup. I do think his performance will be better compared to 100T bc I think he'll have more freedom. We don't know the dynamics of the teams but based off the way tenz and bang played on their previous teams, tenz was able to make plays off his own instincts and be more aggressive. Also considering how zellsis plays brim on bind, very aggressive A short, if they let zellsis play that way, surely they'd let bang take his own plays as well, which would help his consistency alot too.
Why would you bring a sign for a player that isn't playing? Thats like bringing a lebron sign to a cavs game in 2024
This is just me being a huge fan of reduxx and wanting him to be in franchising. I am biased but I do feel like he'd have a higher ceiling than bang
assuming my scenario is possible with reduxx joining after, I'd feel bad for players like bang to join the roster to get benched so I just put curry as he's okay with being a 6th man
I know rumors of n4rrate and bang but since nothing is confirmed. Imma do my favorite thing, what if scenarios.
Reduxx could be sen's woot. Assuming n4rrate is more plausible, keep curry as a sub until reduxx turns 18. For a kid, who hasn't played omen or gekko in a pro match, he was pretty damn impressive. I think you invest in him to be your next big name
I'm no pro obviously but if they only had mound control I would get the decision but having C, breaking trip and cam. I think you get the bomb down and let zellsis play his own timings, instead of all doubling back. Even if zellsis goes down you still have 4v3 on site, I think trying to keep all 5 alive costed them a very crucial round
that 5v3 mid round pivot to b back to c again, you know sacy would've veto'd that shi and won the round
If you're watching sen vs c9, you know which one im talking about
That was one of the biggest tosses i think i've seen
naw trust, he just hasnt game'd seriously in awhile so he's shaking off the rust
at an offseason tourney LUL, who cares about how he performs? He was running it down
2G got to ascension based on points, I'd be heated if I was the 7 because them winning upper final did squat for them. 2nd and nothing.
I don't pay much attention to T2 outside of NA, was this in other regions too?
Yes, it went to more comfortable and permanent roles like you mentioned. However, it doesn't dictate the environment of the team. Even if the original roster has vic full time duelist and d1 on senti/ secondary smokes, marved ontroller, ethan flex, crashies recon. I don't believe it would've changed anything because their macro approach to the games was horrible. Roles don't effect how you read the game.
I would actually make the counter argument that it was the calling that was the major issue for the team. The sample size is small but the team was never cohesive, it was always based of individuals. Their defensive rotations were awful and never had a good read. The team completely flipped when FNS and s0m rejoined.
Yes D1 has a small agent pool but they could've easily when victor raze and d1 smokes on maps like bind, lotus and split, which they did change after. I can't fault them for trying the d1 raze bc it probably worked in scrims. Compared to 2023 sen, they didn't have bad role issues
Chamber was strong, Neon is more annoying than anything. Hard to be bad on old chamber compared to Neon
I'm kinda surprised that no one else suggested it bc it made alot of sense to me
If no bang, zander or skuba. What about koalanoob? The dude plays alot of omen and is a hyper aggressive player like Tenz. One of the reasons I think zekken did really well is the fact that tenz was always backing him when entering sites, tping in with him. He always Ops alot which can help create that potential threat since zekken doesn't op much off that jett role.
Obviously a tradition controller is a better replacement for tenz but just food for thought. From the outside looking in, Tenz and koala are pretty similar
One of the few with a really strong duelist pool. Strong rifle with alot of aggression. Only downside I would say is doesn't op as much as you'd want your main duelist too.
