I agree with dugesn too but I also think it may be more fun with getting a regional match up in the upper brackets if both teams are way stronger than the other regional teams. It can always STILL happen through upper bracket final vs lower bracket final anyways, so my point is start out with diverse regional matches is still more fun to watch instead
