Congrats, Loud played amazing. I don't know how you guys do it, but you're really good at FPS games, CSGO, Valorant, R6, all of them

Players should not be punished for things that they have no influence over. FPX did not do anything to cause the turret to fire behind it. Obviously this glitch is unfortunate for xSet, but by forcing FPX to replay the round Riot is punishing FPX despite them not intending any malice, acting unfairly, cheating, or acting unsportsmanlike. Going forwards Riot should adopt the rule of "Once damage has been dealt the round cannot be replayed, unless either of the teams break the tournament rules, or do anything that may be considered cheating."

I feel like they should adopt the "Once damage has been dealt the round cannot be reset" rule that is used in (I think) pretty much every CSGO tournament. Feels weird punishing a team for something they had no influence over tbh.

Both matches ended on a Map 3 Fracture
Paper Rex and FPX both started defender side
Both had a 9-3 defender half
Both lost their attacked side pistol and the next round
Both won 13-5

has Fnatic even won a regional competition yet?

posted about a year ago

I'm starting to think mini isn't much of an accomplished coach lmao

the scouting system is a good point, fair

Fnatic has never won a trophy so idk how much that actually says lmao

I've never heard of him, who does he coach and what has he accomplished?

I love Chet even when he has cringe comps. For real though I didn't realize he was coaching Optic until Masters, it was pretty cool

Who would you say are the most accomplished coachers in Valiant? Like they've won trophies in other games, has won regional or international tournaments

I really enjoyed it, a mystery that isn’t convoluted that can be solved by the viewer, great characters, and good actors. Strong 9/10

Haven’t been able to play the new patch yet so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I’m not too worried for Sova. From what I’ve seen the drone will still work to clear some space, not as much as before but the drone is still going to be one of the strongest pieces of util in the game. Weaker shockdarts is going to be rough, sova mains will be forced to play a post plant more actively and not rely on them. Overall I think he’s still very strong, definitely viable and high tier, if his pick rate goes down I think it will have more to do with Fade finding a niche in the meta

One of the worst parts of being Asian-American is that nobody can ever just let you be American. Its always Asian first. Fucking miserable

Bro why did you jinx them like that?

Man I love Chet, glad he's still winning events

Bind is so hard to attack on when the other team has the reads, but with that said there's been a few rounds that are getting closer than they should, Loud can still come back with a decent half

Impossible, NA fans don't go outside

I've found the commentators and desk staff pretty underwhelming during the whole tournament tbh, they have clear favourite teams (which is fair, they're human) and seem to take it a bit too personally when said teams don't win. I think part of the issue is that all the commentators are all from EMEA or EU so they're understandably biased towards their home teams and know the most about them. I would love if next Masters they get a few commentators from other regions, hopefully it would alleviate the bias

Nah bro, if you watch valorant streamers you're a die hard fan, average esports viewers watch the grand finals, there favourite teams games. Like if you're posting on VGG you're I the top 1% of valorant fans

Now that Sinatraa is coming back to pro-play he's more relevant to the entire valorant community, previously unless you were a diehard sentinels fan or a Sinatra viewer it was pretty easy to forget him

I think that's a big if, plus if they return to the centre of the Valorant people they'll also attract more haters who will undoubtedly use it against them

I personally think most of SENS issues come from things outside of the server, but maybe sticking with double duelists probably would've been better than what they are now. I think what PRX is doing right is, as you said, playing the game how they want to and doing what works for them. Agent comps really let teams in Val develop their own style and tactics, there probably is some value in learning what works for you and sticking with it instead of trying to keep up with a meta that changes every month

"Ur so right, there's a reason big brand org like 100T don't wanna be associated with him"

"Awful take, they never said anything like that publicly."

You can rewatch the clip, the founder and CEO of 100 Thieves made a public statement saying that his organization would not work with Sinatra specifically because of the allegations. You were wrong on the internet, take the L.

I don't know enough about the team to make any meaningful predictions, but they keep proving the analysts and casters wrong so I'm not sure anyone knows. I hope they can take it all the way tho

Drama Frogs will try to stir up trouble tho. Let's be honest, theirs going to be a wave of YouTube videos saying that Sentinels support rapists, and if these hypothetical videos get some steam the criticisms could cause big troubles for the orgs
