My goodness, the coaching staff is the biggest problem for every APAC team....
THE ORG OWNERS DON'T WANT TO FACE THIS FUCKING PROBLEM HEAD ON. INSTEAD, THEY ARE JUST PRAYING FR MIRACLES TO HAPPEN. MF THIS IS WHY THERE ARE INTERNATIONAL EVENTS, TO SHOW THE STRENGTH OF ALL THE FUCKING TEAMS IN THE TIER 1 GAUNTLET.
No APAC fan ever complains about this problem. This has been affecting every APAC orgs since First Strike.
So ur saying nepotism is the only way to win? This is a shit mentality of people that just want to cover their problems instead of facing them head on. This is why APAC cannot evolve as a region. APAC needs to lose in more embarrassing fashions for the problem to finally be realized. People with a mentality like that WILL NEVER SUCCEED IN LIFE.
They can't be saved. APAC was never a good region in Valorant eSports anyway.
No APAC organization will ever learn from the mistakes of the top teams. This region is finished.
