what makes a region good is how many gud teams it has. CN and APAC have absoultely goated teams like EDG , T1 , DRX , GENG but overall both APAC and CN are free region, the top teams dont have any competition and thats why EDG and DRX always qualify for internationals.
on the other hand NA and EMEA have more competitive teams overall
