Team Chemistry is a big thing as much as is team composition, although considering everybody is Russian in Gambit/M3C Derke might be a good choice as he is also Russian , but his role is significantly different in Fnatic. He plays for multikill entries- despite being a duelist Deffo does not do the same, Yes statiscally Derke Is better than Deffo but I definitely do not think there is a reason to change Deffo- as gambit plays an insanely disciplined style of Valorant but Fnatic plays a bit of free and different paced Valorant.
