I think Trent is one of the most overrated players going into Champs tbh. He underperformed heavily in Shanghai and hasn't been 'the best initiator in america' that some said about him.

I think a lot of it comes from Icy not really being a 'superstar duelist' like a jawg, jingg, oxy, etc. He's not really flashy or always exciting to watch. But he works well within the system that valyn has.

I'm not high on LEV as others are but their performance throughout split 2 was definitely insane and they've mostly kept form through playoffs even with some shaky maps. I could see them at least making top 8 at champs quite easily. Not sure from there.

Every game he thinks he's the best player in the world and has zero respect for his opponents. Vo0kashu said there's a chinese player mentality of "I have to drop 30 so my team can win" and Life is the perfect example of that. A disciplined duelist is better than a duelist that thinks he can just shit on everyone and drop 30.

DRX is incapable of beating PRX so you have to take it with a grain of salt, but they may very well be cooked

Overrated team to be honest. Some mechanically insane performances from cryo and bang, and boostio was a great igl for these guys but they ended up being ridiculously inconsistent. Many had them top 3 for Shanghai because of their high-level play throughout split 1 and they went out in a whimper and split 2 was just a disaster for them. Only thing we missed out on was 100T losing to a chinese team because boostio karma is real.

Up there as one of the worst for sure, Apoth is arguably worse

Ascent is actually one of the more interesting maps in my opinion (unless it's a Pacific game, their Ascent games are boring). At least it's better than Icebox I haven't seen an entertaining map of Icebox that didn't involve FPX this year.

I think most people view FUT as a 'regional merchant' and there's no real reason to believe otherwise right now. They looked bad against the Chinese teams at Shanghai.

Americas is a tough one to call. LEV and G2 look good, but I'm not confident that either of these teams could clear GenG or FNC. We've seen their performances in best of 5 matches.

EMEA is looking like the best region across the board. All 4 teams look good, but FUT will probably get clapped by a Chinese team lmao.

GenG have got to be the favorites to win, I don't see anyone beating them right now.

Kai would drop 105 across 2 maps and SEN would disband shortly afterwards
