Victor has really good utility on raze but his last season takes him off top 5, Keznit, Sayf, and nukkye are around the level Derke is in terms of utility usage. Monyet will be top 4 by the years end, always had good usage in T2 just have no proof atm that he can maintain that level at T1 but I believe.
