I think the team will take a small hit but this can be resolved with off season events and actually building chemistry with n4rrate. Idk how roles will be like though, considering people say that n4rrate knows jett and fade but n4rrate should 100% learn sova on maps like sunset and haven because neon is great on those maps

mada as their duelist replacement over demon1 is certainly questionable
demon1 is a bad entry duelist, mada is an amazing duelist that has been consistent in challengers, top 1 in rating. he stinked vs TSM but that doesnāt take away how good he is
