One place behind MIBR

posted 3 months ago

taking scrim results to heart i suppose, i have sen going 2-3 (maybe 3-2 since jerrwin owns 100T)

posted 3 months ago

They’ll win over loud at least

posted 3 months ago

it’ll probably be forgettable but not because of the winner

the whole event itself felt strange to me

posted 3 months ago

they had s0m

C9 3-2
LEV 2-3

LOUD 0-5

NRG 4-1
FURIA 4-1 (NRG has H2H)
100T 3-2
SEN 2-3
KRU 1-4
EG 1-4

posted 3 months ago

why is G2 C9 always the last week game? It’s been like that since 2025

posted 3 months ago

maybe, apac has a lot of good team but that still doesn’t change the fact that they didn’t have a fluke run and only dropped a single map in santiago, 3rd most dominant run oat

posted 3 months ago

nothing fluke about dropping only a single map in the tournament

posted 3 months ago

no he’s jessievash first before anything else

posted 3 months ago

i’m actually interested to see how these yoru pulled teams adapt to the nerfs

posted 3 months ago

francis is flexible but he’s more valuable on yoru than he is on like flash initiator

posted 3 months ago

Pacific owns Masters so you’ll have to watch DRX take it home sorry, you can have champions though

posted 3 months ago

The teasers where they showed all the regions was so peak

posted 3 months ago

Was madrid that bad??

posted 3 months ago

Like how are you telling me that the 8 team events had more budget than this 12 team event?

posted 3 months ago

Yeah thats the only exception, sadly we didn’t see the others for every other game. Don’t get me wrong I love pansy hypoc and especially achilios paperthin but I wanted to see others cast games, felt refreshing to rewatch NRG vs BBL solely because of that

posted 3 months ago

Can’t help but feel that this event has been strange compared to other masters events such as Madrid, Bangkok etc. Like it took me a while to notice that it’s been the same two casting duos nearly every game (Pansy Hypoc for the 1st game, Achilios Paperthin for the 2nd game) except for NRG v BBL which was casted by Uber and Wyatt, there’s also the fact that there were little to no teasers and not enough media attention around it compared to Toronto which felt very crowded imo and deservedly so.

Crowd has been great but idk I feel like they deserved much better than this, am I the only one who thinks this?

posted 3 months ago

True, crowd deserved better ngl

posted 3 months ago

every game in santiago has been pansy hypoc achilios paperthin

i found that very strange given that past events usually had more casters. idk santiago has been very odd to say the least

posted 3 months ago

now that you mention it, santiago had no teasers and only two english casting duos for the games

posted 3 months ago

Ngl i don’t think they would’ve won champs, francis is such an X factor and putting him on breach would completely take away all of his playmaking possibilities

posted 3 months ago

I’m trusting koalanoob over saadhak, I know who the people’s goat is

posted 3 months ago

Aspas and chronicle

posted 3 months ago

NRG’s individuals were more in form that’s why

They often played off of each other together and constantly played for trades instead of going for heroics

You need two or more players in form to win tournaments on top of good fundamentals and team play, 2024 G2 didn’t really have those guys that were exception unlike 2025 NRG where Brawk and Skuba were the standouts

posted 3 months ago

reason is because i wholeheartedly believe they played better as a team at champs than they did at masters 2 against better competition

posted 3 months ago

don’t think so

posted 3 months ago

honestly i don’t think they’ll be that much better than people think, maybe good enough to get 3rd

posted 3 months ago

Give PRX the “we beat NS in groups” trophy!!!

posted 3 months ago

Americas is the second best region

posted 3 months ago

would be cool, i’d be down to see cryo lift a trophy
