idk ive heard some brazil users laughing at nip etc saying they have no chance
eg was pretty likely cause of their league teams and they actually showed a bit of interest in valo aswell
wait so why didnt people think NIP was going to make it?
for china its awkard as their teams are "underground" valorant isnt out in china so its a bit weird to get chinese teams involved but at the same time leaving chinese teams out forever would be weird.
hybrid team year 1
get an academy roster going of turkish talent
promote academy roster/ build it into a turkish super team
I mean koi and heretics makes sense, big fanbases lots of momentum behind them.
Koi very similar to karmine in a way.
I mean how many of the giants fans wouldnt watch koi/heretics games? the % is probably quite low.
I think if it means 1 of big/g2 dont get into franchising in any capacity its a bad move.
if g2 makes americas then its fine
yeah giants was a confusing one.
I think having 3 spanish orgs is too much.
at worse it will be 1 org
but kr orgs will probably pick up a few jpn players
ASIA (PACIFIC)
the report by vlr narrowed down the teams
no aussie
no indo
likely to be a high amount of lck orgs
it kinda makes sense.
with the lack of na slots.
and carlos being spanish speaking aswell
BR: LOUD, FURIA, GAMELANDERS
LATAM: KRU, G2
NA: 100T, T1
EMEA: BIG
not too surprised if tsm dont make it.
especially with the shit that happened in league
this might be a crazy good bait if so fairplay
yeah
i think the point is too secure the top end of valorant
and to maintain the future of valorant supposedly
denmark do not give a fuck about valorant
big probably getting the last spot
i dont think hes coming back.
also why did he retire?
almost shat myself ffs bro
With there being 5 na teams idk it just doesnt make sense.
Someone said g2 could pick up the latam spot due to having some connections to the scene.
Rumours that Lev are sketchy?
Honestly g2 being in latam could make sense
NY for champions.
Since franchising will be in la already
Saya moving back to kr just makes sense they don't have that many star players like him.
He's bound to make franchising
Top 5 maybe into 4 groups
Or top 3 and then into groups of 5.
Awesome.
Can't wait for all the events in Brazil next year.
Big year for Brazilian esports
number 1 source vlr user Trapyy_ confirmed it
could see eg making it over tsm lowkey
damn thats pricey.
though they are the best oce team
and have a very high chance at making it to the major.
1m is way too much though
funny in a sad way.
the only good thing you guys got would be the worst thing for other regions.
Literally no other sub region gets less than 2 slots in apac.
its funny cause the only good thing (apac slots)
oce got 1
whereas countries less competitive like vietnam got 3
should i even mention what happened in league...
riot literally shut down your league.
they generally hate oce.
aussie esports is really on the decline.
i remember seeing you guys do really well in csgo, rocket league.
only thing you got going for you guys right now is apex
even without buying the roster.
they wouldve gone under.
the plan was to sell merchandise in 2021 and that failed really
welp promotion to the franchise leagues it is 💪
hopefully an org can come and back the boys
Only thing I can see happening is rdeew getting picked up T2 na and then getting promoted
na qualifiers dont count.
the ripple affect will be too much. would pretty much have to restart the whole process and in other regions unreject some teams lol
tbf i dont think it was supposed to be announced this soon anyway.
the reaction is funny though.
its always riots fault for not being transparent (as per usual)
I think if one of the new Asia orgs win it it would be cool
wow what a hot take
