LCQ only worked because there was no stage 2 in 2023. And i was not a fan of that format where making top 3 qualifies you for both masters and champions. Time will be a huge issue unless riot directly copies the format again

Its a good system but if you dont make top 3 in stage 1 then ur basically at a huge disadvantage so a lot of pressure on teams to needing to stay consistent (which is a good thing since it rewards consistency) but teams like NRG who now look really good absolutely needs to make top 2 instead of relying on points, and if they slip up and end top 3 then its a gg. I do like it over LCQ though
