I was thinking about how the only GOOD lurk agents are cypher viper and Astra because they can support the team from far.

1 idk flash can be anything just thought Phoenix flash was good for duelists also if you think about it some flashes are seen more in 1v1s like Phoenix, and some are for site hits like omen or breach.
2 no it’s placed on the map and activated like an Astra star and is sent in a specific direction to enter a site. Has to be shot so it creates space like jett
3 no bc it has more health and maybe travels further or sum

I have zero clue if this would ever work as a duelist agent but I have an idea for one that might be impactful for the team. This agent will be an agent that can lurk as a duelist and assist the team in site hits from afar
E - (2x) flash used for 1v1s and not site hits like Phoenix
Q- (1x) ability that can be placed anywhere on the map like an astra star and can be used to assist the team in entering a site similar to a jett dash and smoke. It is used and darts onto site and into the air where it has to be shot or else the enemy is revealed like a fade eye. (Same health as skye ult)
X- (1x) same ability as Q but acts as a Reyna flash
Ult- (7 orbs) chamber TP but does not need to be placed and teleports to a predetermined part of the map (placed like Astra star)
