Isn’t that the entire point of an igl. To lead team mates Ingame. Micromanage players mid round to ensure everything is going as per the strat/plan. If not, why would teams need an igl?

If they wouldn’t be getting a cut of the streaming revenue. They would’ve never paid such an insane amount and c9 would have nothing to back their insane price tag. Winning tournaments would never be enough to cover such a price tag. I’m assuming it’s stream revenue + sponsors willing to pump more funds knowing tenz is in the roster which increases their visibility as well.

How is he holding his team back exactly ? He’s doing his role, maybe he’s shit some games/some games good but he will play as he has been asked to play by his coach/igl. The team is lacking structure and planning/strats. Kicking tenz won’t solve it. When the teams game plan is someone go get aim diffs and win us the round.
