VCT 2023 will be franchise-like league, so it wont be any promotion to from VRL to VCT.

i think it's sucks for vitality, but not for eastern europe region. u need to play 3 month to get a chance in VRL East, not like in northern europe :)
also, you need 2 players from France/Benelux, not 3 (u can also 1/5 + 1)
they will not play in VRL East, at least in VRC (Valorant East: United).
i think they will play in Northern Europe (one more from these countries and they will play open quals "VRC to VRL")
after some scrimbux (everyone is doing ok, except the DRX), im sceptic to koreans and my heart is broken :(((
